Incepted in 1971, Hindustan Fasteners is one of the pioneers in the fasteners industry in India. Hindustan Fasteners Pvt Ltd and its sister concern Precision Forging and Stamping are both ISO/TS 16949: 2009 certified. The company has a set up of 3 units spread over an area of 1,60,000 Square Meters with total production capacity of 36000 Metric tons per annum and is driven by the passion, strength and expertise of its 600 strong work force.

Our varied portfolio of products encompasses over 1 lakh special varieties of fasteners. Our 45 years of design expertise enables us to manufacture critical Special Fasteners, components to Customers’ exact designs and specifications, OEM Drawings, Customer Designs or by Reverse Engineering from existing samples in record time.

Specialised Coatings

We excel in a variety of coatings like Zinc Electroplating, Zinc Phosphating, Aluminium Zinc Flake Coating, Hot Dip Galvanizing, Loctite microencapsulation, which are all done in-house. Our fasteners are designed to provide optimal performance and superior corrosion resistance in different environments. Our Loctite® microencapsulated products prevent loosening from vibration or shock.
Our low friction finishes allow consistent torque-tension relationships without the use of post-coating lubricants and are highly durable.
